Services

Every engagement starts with the same question a larger UX team would ask: who is actually going to use this, and what are they trying to get done. From there I scope one of four services, and I would rather quote a real number here than make you email me just to find out whether you can afford to start a conversation.

What I Offer

UX Research & Website Design

A new site built from research rather than guesswork: a short discovery conversation, one or two quick personas, a flat sitemap, and then a hand-coded HTML5 and CSS3 build on top of that structure.

Starting at $2,200 for a five- to seven-page site

Website Redesign & Refresh

For a site that already has content worth keeping but a layout, navigation, or accessibility problem holding it back. I restructure and restyle what is there instead of starting over from a blank page.

Starting at $950

Accessibility & Usability Audit

A full walkthrough of an existing site covering color contrast, keyboard navigation, alt text, and heading structure, delivered as a written report with specific fixes rather than a vague pass or fail grade.

Starting at $400

Ongoing Maintenance & Support

Monthly link and form checks, small content updates, and minor fixes, so a site that launches well does not quietly rot six months later because nobody was watching it.

$85 per month

How a project actually runs

Most projects move through the same four stages regardless of which service they start from. First, a short discovery call or written questionnaire to establish who the site is for and what it needs to do. Second, a flat sitemap and, for larger projects, a quick low-fidelity wireframe so we agree on structure before I write a single line of code. Third, the actual build, in semantic HTML5 and CSS3, with review checkpoints so you see progress rather than a single reveal at the end. Fourth, a launch pass covering both W3C validators, a color-contrast check, and a walkthrough on desktop and mobile before anything goes live.
